How does T²echnologies remote assistance work?
step 1:   Complete the following with a brief description of your computer related problem.
We will generate a remote assistance invoice for your request with an estimated cost and timeframe based on your specific problem, and
contact you as soon as a technician is available. When we have verification of payment terms for your invoice (we accept paypal),
we will give you a user name and password to login to our server through an encrypted channel; via our
T²echnologies Remote Assistance program, and take control of your screen to assist you.
You will be able to see exactly what we are doing to remedy your problem and you may end the remote assistance session at any time you wish by closing the program.

step 2:   Download the T²echnologies Remote Assistance program (Click here). Our remote assistance program is a stand alone package that does require an installation on your computer, no complex configuration, can be executed directly once extracted from the self extracting executable zip file you download, and deleted from your computer at your leisure.
