Please read and understand this license agreement fully before installing Numerically Encoded Cryptography by Cubic Matrix Encryption (ENC protocol) and implementation support application software. By installing and/or using this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

 

THE DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO TIMOTHY JOHN SINK EXPLICITLY AND T²ECHNOLOGIES INC. IMPLICITLY TERMS OF SERVICE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, USAGE NOTICES AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH http://www.squaredtechnologies.com/ENC/fmeula.html.

 

The software is limited to one ENC Matrix License upon registration. Your ENC matrix user license is unique to the registration criteria's including your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your registered ENC matrix user license file may be installed to no more than five computer operating systems simultaneously.

 

This software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the software will remain the exclusive property of Timothy John Sink the owner and developer of Numerically Encoded Cryptography by Cubic Matrix Encryption (ENC protocol) and implementation support application software, and you will not acquire any rights to the software except as expressly set forth in this EULA. You agree that any copies of the software will be completely unmodified and contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the software.

 

THE END USER MAY NOT: (i) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the software; (ii) encumber, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense; (iii) permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above; (iv) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels within the software;

 

Timothy John Sink and T²echnologies Inc. reserves the right and the sole discretion to

(A) make improvements, corrections, adaptations, conversions and/or any other change in the Software and/or the Alpha Users section on the T²echnologies Inc. web site and to any part thereof and/or to revised or new Numerically Encoded Cryptography by Cubic Matrix Encryption (ENC protocol) and implementation support application software Terms of Service documents; (B) CHANGE, UPDATE, LIMIT, TERMINATE OR CEASE TO PROVIDE, AT ANY TIME, TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, TO ALL USERS OR ANY NUMBER THEREOF (I) THE SOFTWARE AND ITS AVAILABILITY AND FUNCTIONALITY, THE ALPHA USERS SECTION ON THE T²ECHNOLOGIES WEB SITE OR ANY PART THEREOF, (II) THE NUMERICALLY ENCODED CRYPTOGRAPHY BY CUBIC MATRIX ENCRYPTION (ENC PROTOCOL) AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT APPLICATION SOFTWARE SYSTEM'S SUPPORT; (III) THE ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE AND THE T²ECHNOLOGIES INC. SYSTEM AND NETWORK, GRANTED TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER USER; (C) refrain from publishing on and delete from any unauthorized section on the T²echnologies Inc. web site any information or material provided for display or sent, delivered or posted by any user; (D) establish new operating and usage policies for the Software, the T²echnologies Inc. System and Network and the Alpha Users section on the T²echnologies Inc. web site or change them at any time temporarily or permanently without prior notice, for any reason or no reason; (E) cancel, change, update, hold, de-list, introduce different options and features to different users or refrain from publishing licenses or any other details of the users using the Software, at any time, temporarily or permanently without prior notice, for any reason or no reason

 

Timothy John Sink by way of T²echnologies Inc. may choose to release additional versions of the Software, please make sure to download the latest version.

 

In case of contradiction between any provision of this notice and any provision of this EULA provided hereunder, the provision of this EULA shall prevail, unless the provision of this notice reflects narrower responsibility on behalf of Timothy John Sink and/or T²echnologies Inc. than the appropriate provision in this EULA.

 

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING.  THE USER AGREES THAT ANY USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ANY FILES DOWNLOADED WITH THIS SOFTWARE IS AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE USER.

TIMOTHY JOHN SINK AND T²ECHNOLOGIES INC. DO NOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OF, NOR CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURED DIRECTLY AND/OR INDERECTLY IMPLEMENTING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY.
